You earn 1 gem every time you complete an activity! Here's how it works:

• Choose an activity from any gate
• Click "Start Activity" to begin the timer
• Complete the activity (follow the instructions!)
• Let the timer reach 0
• Click "Done!" to collect your gem

Important: The timer must reach 0 before you can collect your gem. This ensures you spend the full time on each activity!

Your gems unlock amazing treasures in your Dream Palace! Here's what you can earn:

Activities range from 2-10 minutes! Each activity shows exactly how long it takes before you start. This means you can:

• Choose quick 2-3 minute activities when you're short on time
• Do longer 8-10 minute activities when you have more time
• Mix different lengths throughout your day

Most activities are 3-6 minutes - perfect for fitting into your day!

Each gate has a special 7-Day Challenge! Pick one habit or skill to practice every day for a week. For example:

Yes! You can repeat activities as many times as you like. Many activities (like breathing exercises or journaling) are designed to be done regularly. Each time you complete an activity, you'll earn a gem!

The mood selector helps you find activities that match how you're feeling! Click on the emoji that represents your current mood, and we'll show you activities that are perfect for that feeling. This helps you find exactly what you need when you need it!

• If recording doesn't work, you can always type instead!

After recording or typing in the voice journal:

• Click the "Download as Word" button
• Your journal will download as a .doc file
• You can open it in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or any word processor
• Save it somewhere safe on your computer!
